Cloud Computing

Cloud in the World Wide Web?

What are the advantages of cloud computing?
Cloud computing isn’t just about storing your data remotely, although that is a large aspect of what it actually does. Storing data offsite is advantageous for disaster recovery and security, but that’s only the first thing that you can do with the cloud, it’s by no means the cloud’s raison d’etre.
In addition to being able to store your sensitive or back office data making room on your hard drive for new and current work there are also applications which are available which might be too expensive or infrequently used to be worthwhile buying. When you can access to technology that in ‘reality’ that would be far too expensive or impractical for the freelancer, or the SME to purchase you can punch far above your weight in terms of production values for a minimal financial cost, you just have to invest in the time to learn how to use it properly. And who doesn’t love learning to use new software that makes you look like a superstar?
